Nature at it finesest, I captured this image by climbing up to a spot over looking the hourseshoe bend out on a ledge where I was about a foot from the edge to get this amazing sunset. This spot along the river had a serious drop off so I dangle on the edge hoping not to fall and waited till the sun went down and began to backlight the clouds as it went down creating these great colors in the sky. Many left because they thought it was over, but the sun lite up the clouds with all the color they could muster over the horseshoe bend landmark along the Colorado river in the desert southwest United States. The landscape in this area of Arizona is incredible beautiful and scenic with its canyons, deserts and mountain terrain they are all so beautiful especially at sunset.
